The B&B Team acted as the Transfer Consultant for the Buyers, Jennifer and Scott Reed.  The Reed’s are alumni of The B&B Team’s Better Way to Learn Innkeeping seminar.

The Inn at Pleasant Lake is a beautiful waterfront property in New London, New Hampshire part of the Dartmouth / Lake Sunapee Region.  The Inn has 10 guest rooms and is known for gracious hospitality and fine dining.  Chef Brian, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, creates the inn’s signature five course dinners in the Inn’s restaurant. The Inn was offered for sale at $1,895,000.
